How much can I earn?
Up to 30% of the net revenue from the members you refer, recurring every month they stay subscribed. Your rate is agreed when you’re approved and shown in your dashboard. Net revenue is what those members pay for their subscriptions, minus the AI and data costs their use creates.
How long do I earn from a referral?
For as long as the member stays subscribed. There is no cut-off after the first payment or the first year: each month they pay, your share of that month’s net revenue is added to your balance.
Who can apply?
Anyone with an MHP Pros account and an audience of mobile home park investors: creators, educators and coaches, conference and event organizers, and brokers. Applying is free.
How are referrals tracked?
Through your links and QR codes. A new account created through one of your links is credited to you. If someone used more than one partner’s link, the first one counts.
Can I track each conference session separately?
Yes. Each event is a campaign, and each session, booth or ticket tier gets its own QR code with its own clicks, signups and paid members.
Do the people I refer get anything?
Your links can carry bonus credits for new members. We set those up with you for a campaign or an event.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Each month’s statement shows your share, and every payout is recorded in your dashboard with its date and reference.
