Google User Data
When you choose to connect your Google account to MHP Pros (for example, to use Google Drive sync or Google Sheets export), we request access to Google user data through Google's OAuth consent screen. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings or by disconnecting Google Drive within MHP Pros.
What Google user data we access
- Google account identity: your email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture, if available) so we can identify the connected account
- Google Drive: file and folder names, metadata, and file contents for folders and files you browse, select, sync, or that MHP Pros creates on your behalf for deal workflows (including My Drive and folders shared with you)
- Google Sheets: spreadsheet data needed to create or update spreadsheets when you export deal analysis or related content
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request:
- Importing deal documents (such as offering memoranda) from Google Drive
- Two-way sync between deal folders in MHP Pros and folders you select or that the app creates in your Drive (including an "MHP Pros" parent folder and per-deal folders)
- Creating, reading, updating, and organizing those Drive files and folders
- Exporting deal analysis and related data to Google Sheets
Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data
We do not sell Google user data. Google user data accessed through our integration may be:
- Stored and processed on our infrastructure (application servers, databases, and file storage) as needed to operate Drive sync, document import, and Sheets export
- Shared with service providers who process data on our behalf solely to host, secure, or operate the MHP Pros service (for example, cloud hosting and related infrastructure providers)
- Disclosed when required by law, to respond to legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, as described in the Information Sharing and Disclosure section above
Limited use of Google user data
MHP Pros' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, Google user data is not used or transferred to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving the MHP Pros features described above. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not:
- Sell Google user data to third parties or data brokers
- Use Google user data for advertising or serving ads
- Transfer Google user data to third parties for their independent use or for unrelated marketing
- Use Google user data to train generalized AI and/or ML models outside the product functionality you requested
